Great to meet you!

Hello, I am Josh, a LMFT working out of California for Telehealth virtual appointments. I have an extensive history of helping people to better manage and cope with their Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Trauma, Stress, and Relationship concerns.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach pulls from CBT, ACT, and trauma informed care. I have an open, honest and laid back but engaged communication style. It is my belief that therapy doesn't have to feel clinical to be effective.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a non-biased approach where they can be their honest selves while being gently challenged to increase insight and awareness into unhealthy patterns that may no longer serve them.
