Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are—no pressure to have it all figured out.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I use a person-centered approach to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow. For those who desire it, I integrate Christian counseling by thoughtfully incorporating faith-based principles as a source of strength and guidance, always respecting each client’s beliefs and comfort level. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and make practical changes that support emotional well-being. Overall, my goal is to support clients in building resilience, gaining clarity, and moving toward a more balanced and meaningful life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel safe sharing your story at your own pace. We’ll spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy, what you hope to change or improve, and any goals you’d like to work toward. I focus on creating a calm, nonjudgmental space built on trust and collaboration, where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll begin identifying practical goals and next steps, because I believe that if you tell me what you want, I can show you how to get it—with guidance, tools, and support tailored to your unique needs.
