I have worked for many years in the Morristown, NJ area in private practice. I began my career as an intern at Atlantic Health in 2007, and then joined a private practice in Morristown. My primary area of focus has been on anxiety-related conditions throughout my career.
I have a strong focus on using your strengths as leverage to create positive change rather than focusing on your perceived "problems" or "weaknesses". We start simply by evaluating your current lifestyle and start to make small adjustments in your daily life that can create significant changes in how you think, feel and what you choose to do.
Our primary goal is to make you an expert at creating the changes you want to see in your life. We focus on what you can control and how that relates to the goals you set for yourself in our work together.
