Great to meet you!

I spent many years practicing in family medicine prior to training in psychiatry. I feel this experience allows for a broader view of how mental health can be influenced by a person's overall state of health, and lends to a holistic and integrative care approach; it's all connected.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, holistic, and collaborative, focusing on the person as a whole. Mental health affects physical health and vice versa, making it important to openly view the total person. Collaboration in care allows room for a discussion, an exchange of ideas, and how best we can apply care within a person's belief system.

What you can expect from me

Overall, the goal is to work together in understanding a person's mental health concerns, how they affect daily life, and create a collaborative approach to treatment and future care. I would like to ensure that every person always understands the plan.
