Great to meet you!

Are you looking for a safe, judgment-free space to help you develop the tools and self-compassion to move through life's challenges? Are you recently diagnosed with a mood disorder, managing chemical dependency or suffering from treatment-resistant depression? Have you recently gone through a major life transistion or feeling weighed down with grief and loss? I'm so glad you are here and have decided the time is now for change. I have partnered with clients battling mood disorders, trauma and addiction at all levels of care for the last 12 years and would love the opportunity to be able to partner with you.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me will help you to get out of your mind and back into your life. It's a place for you explore what is and isn't working. I use a trauma-informed lens to help my folks identify and grow from the experiences that shape them (for good or worse). I also speciaIize in working with clients from abusive family systems and intergenerational trauma. I will help you discover safety through somatic practices, help you learn to regulate your nervous system and develop healthy coping skills.

What you can expect from me

Life can be a rocky road sometimes but you don't have to do it alone anymore. The paths to recovery are as unique as the individual, but its the relationship you build with your counselor that will determine your success. Schedule your session today, I would love to see if we are a fit!
