Great to meet you!

It is my calling to assist and advocate for others in their journey towards mental health and wellness. I provide a safe, judgment-free space to help you develop the tools and self-compassion we ALL need to move through life's challenges. Whether you are struggling with depression & anxiety or going through a life transition, as your counselor I will be your partner for change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

“Neurons that fire together, wire together”, so my specialty is delivering trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy with a mindfulness-based approach to integrate experiences and eliminate symptoms. I use a variety of modalities to help folks manage and move beyond childhood developmental trauma and then the CPTSD that generally shows up later in life.

What you can expect from our first session

Let’s work together to figure out what IS working and what ISN’T.... lets get you out of your head and back into your life. The paths to recovery are as unique as the individual; the relationship with your counselor will help determine your success. I would love to see if we are a fit.
