Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. My background allows me to approach mental health with an understanding of both emotional well-being and physical health, recognizing how closely the two can influence one another.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive, evidence-based treatment for adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, sleep difficulties, and other mental health challenges. I also have experience caring for individuals navigating chronic pain, occupational injuries, and co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions.

My approach is collaborative and individualized. I believe treatment should involve more than simply prescribing medication—it should include understanding your symptoms, experiences, medical history, goals, and preferences. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard and actively involved in decisions about your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I take time to understand each person’s symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals before developing an individualized treatment plan. I focus on thoughtful medication management, patient education, and the connection between physical and mental health, with the goal of helping clients feel informed, supported, and actively involved in their care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and develop a clear understanding of your concerns and goals. We’ll review your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current medications, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. Together, we’ll develop an individualized plan that may include medication, lifestyle strategies, and other supportive treatments.
