Great to meet you!

I knew from a young age that I was drawn to helping others, once declaring at age five that I wanted to be a social worker like my grandfather. Today, I experience therapy as a creative and deeply meaningful process. I have 30 years experience as a clinician working with people across the life span with an emphasis on adolescents, young adults and people going through times of transition.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative and evolving process. We will clarify goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. My role is to offer guidance, perspective and tools while creating a space that feels safe, respectful and nonjudgmental.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we begin to explore what brought you to therapy, begin to build trust and mutual respect so that you feel safe bringing forward what matters most. My intention is that you feel heard, validated and engaged in a collaborative conversation that can help identify primary concerns.
