Great to meet you!

I graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 1988. I support my clients in figuring out how to move forward and deal with the various struggles that my clients are dealing with such as anxiety and stressors, to depression, to dealing with past and present trauma, to re-balancing ones life to find a better path forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe in warmly supporting my clients through the struggles and traumas of life. I use a variety of theoretical approaches, as therapy is not a one size fits all medium. I have worked in In-Patient settings as well as Out-Patient settings. My goal for my clients is that I am able to provide them with a safe and supportive environment where together we can explore their hopes, needs, and possibilities so they are able to move forward towards a better, kinder and gentler path in life.

What you can expect from me

I work with my clients so that together we can figure out where you are, where you want to go and how to get you there. I view my role as the therapist as walking along side you as we explore and figure out how to support you as you move forward.
