Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and one of the most important things to me is creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re not sure where to start or what to say. You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy—that’s something we can work through together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and individualized to each client. I don't believe therapy should look exactly the same for everyone. I take time to understand what you are experiencing, what matters to you, and what you hope to gain from therapy before determining what approaches may be most helpful.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been going on in your life, and what you would like to work toward. You don't need to come prepared with the "right" things to say or know exactly what your goals are.
