Great to meet you!

Are you looking for someone who can help you discover your potential and take charge of your life. I am that someone. I provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, and adults. I have specializations in neuropsychology, addiction, mental health and marriage and family therapy. I also provide psychological evaluations, psycho-educational assessments, fit for duty, and bariatric assessments.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual, taking into account their family background, childhood experiences, and personal journey. This means using a variety of techniques and methods that align with your unique personality and objectives. My top priority is creating a welcoming and secure space where you can freely express your thoughts & emotions. I am open-minded and bring a warm and energetic energy to each session as we work towards finding solutions to your challenges.

What you can expect from me

You can expect an initial assessment to start things off. I will provide you with the space to share information about yourself, your story, and your objectives for therapy. I strongly believe in the importance of a strong relationship between therapist and client, so my goal is to establish a comfortable and safe environment where you feel free to open up about your concerns. Together, we will work on finding solutions to overcome any challenges that life may have thrown your way
