I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My professional experience consists of providing counseling services in a variety of settings including office, homeless shelter, and in-home/community to a diverse population of individuals, youth, couples, and families.

I have treated clients with Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorder, Alcohol and Substance Use Disorders, emotional disorders, BPD and more.

My approach to therapy

I create a safe space of non-judgement, openness, and understanding where healing takes place. My approach to therapy includes use of CBT, DBT and mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation, while being Person-Centered and Strength-Focused.
