Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel like it is hard to put your experiences into words? That the world feels so heavy and overwhelming and you have no one to turn to that truly understands? Helping clients navigate and heal from the multitude of life's stressors and hurts is at the heart of what I do. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and truly understood. Healing isn't about rushing the process or following a rigid plan - it's about finding what works for you! My ideal client is looking to work collaboratively with me to heal their trauma, find solutions for their anxiety and depression, and navigate issues in relationships.

I am experienced with DBT, CBT, & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also have experience with Post-Induction Therapy (PIT) that I use with my clients to explore and find healing from childhood trauma. I deeply believe in the mind-body connection & use Somatic Experiencing to help clients get back in tune with their bodies for full mind-body health.

My approach to therapy

It's my intention to be a down-to-earth, person-centered, & holistic professional by combining some creativity with skills so each client can find healing. I want to meet you where you're at, in whatever stage you may be in, & walk alongside you on this journey to reclaim your life & discover what it means to truly thrive, despite the harshest of conditions.

What you can expect from me

In your first session we will get right into what brings you to me! I want to know everything about you and establish goals for us to work toward together. This is traditionally called an intake, this is where I complete a biopsychosocial assessment so I can really get to know you and make sure your therapy is exactly tailored to you!
