Great to meet you!

I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Somatic Therapy. I have worked for numerous years as a coach, therapist, and instructor for mental health centers and now private practice. I have specific training to trauma and see clients from a wide scope of backgrounds including anxiety, depression, postpartum issues, relationship issues, and life transitions and grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

What if the struggles in our lives are not to defeat us but to guide us into a deeper place of self-revelation, transformation, and empowerment? I believe that each of us possess deep internal wisdom and a unique essence that when discovered can open us to a world of possibilities. I am passionate about supporting others in healing from trauma and finding the life that the soul longs to live and express in the world.

What you can expect from me

As a somatic trained psychotherapist, I specialize in the treatment of trauma, and have experience working with a wide array of presenting concerns including specialization in working with adults with PTSD, anxiety/panic, depression, shame, and C-PTSD/relational trauma. I also enjoy supporting clients in finding meaning and purpose in their lives through exploring their spirituality, connecting into their authentic sense of self, and improving relationships.
