Hi there! I'm JoJo, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, yogi, wife, and dog mom. My current focus is on medication management, alongside integrating supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques to help you make meaningful strides. I take a holistic approach, looking at the whole person – not just the symptoms – so I consider your lifestyle, emotional health, and physical well-being as part of your healing journey.
