Hello, pleasure to meet you! My name is Jovanka.

I am a licensed and double board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) committed to your health and wellness.

During my practice as a nurse practitioner, I have been blessed with the opportunity to assist many patients, across all ages and health/illness continuum, achieve their optimal physical and mental health. My passion is helping patients find balance, healing, and hope in their lives.

I provide psychiatric services for adolescents and adults who experience depression, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, emotional stress, grief, trauma, insomnia, or mood and bipolar disorders.

My approach is holistic, compassionate, supportive, and focused on what works best for you as an individual.

I take time to genuinely listen and get to know you, because your story matters. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take charge of your mental and physical health.

During an initial appointment, we will review in detail your concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, and personal background.

Together, we’ll explore what you are going through and create a plan that feels right for you. This may include medications, supportive therapy, lifestyle guidance, mindfulness strategies, or combination of all.

My goal is not only to treat symptoms, but to provide you with resources that will help you build resilience and confidence so you can enjoy life more fully.
