I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2009. My specialties are working with individuals experiencing a variety of concerns such as anger, anxiety, depression, PTSD, parent-child conflict, domestic violence, trauma, low self-esteem, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and grief.

We all encounter moments in our lives when circumstances may seem overwhelming or difficult to work through on our own. These roadblocks can lead us to experiences cycles of thoughts and emotions that are difficult to process or change. I strive to help clients work through these challenges, gain life balance, and feel empowered to be the best version of themselves.
