Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in healthcare. My path to psychiatry grew out of watching anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout affect patients and families firsthand — and realizing that compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care could genuinely change lives. I work with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My care integrates medication management with therapeutic support, always tailored to each person's unique circumstances and goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe that lasting wellness comes from feeling truly seen and understood — not just treated. I take a collaborative, whole-person approach that combines evidence-based medication management with therapeutic conversations, so we can address both the biological and emotional sides of mental health. I take the time to understand your full story before recommending anything, and I'm committed to adjusting your care plan as your needs evolve. My goal is to equip you with the tools, insight, and support to build real resilience and improve your day-to-day functioning.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. I'll ask about what's bringing you in, your history, and what matters most to you — and I'll listen closely before we talk through any next steps. You can expect a warm, judgment-free space where your concerns are taken seriously. By the end, we'll have a shared understanding of where you're starting from and what a realistic, personalized treatment plan could look like for you.
