Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Joy Bergh, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who wants to listen to you, and help bridge the gap between where you are today and where you want to be. I have a Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College in Weston, MA and a Nursing Degree from Cochise College in AZ. Additionally, I earned my Business degree from Montana State University (go Bobcats!). I have integrative psychiatry training, which is the foundation for how I practice.

If you're struggling with substance use, anxiety, or lack of motivation—I see you. I know what it’s like to face challenges and work toward resilience, and I’m here to help you find hope and healing.

People describe me as energetic, compassionate, and real. I practice what I preach—getting outside daily to enjoy Montana’s beauty—and I’ll never ask you to try something I wouldn’t do myself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is grounded in being responsive and attentive. I’m easy to reach and prioritize open, consistent communication.

I have been trained under the principle that you are a whole person, body, mind, and spirit. Therefore, I will listen to you and draw out your strengths, values, and purpose in life. These will be the cornerstone that will guide your treatment.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a personalized approach that honors your preferences—whether that includes medication, supplements, nutrition, light therapy, lifestyle changes, or spirituality. I also have specialized training in inattention and focus, and use targeted assessments and treatments to support clarity and concentration. Most importantly, many clients start feeling some relief and hope after just our first session.
