Great to meet you!

You don’t have to keep struggling with the same thoughts, emotions, or challenges on your own. Change is possible, and therapy can give you the tools and support to move forward with confidence. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with seven years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I help children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life’s challenges. As a Certified ADHD Clinical Specialist, I bring specialized expertise while creating a supportive, empathetic space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

You deserve an approach that is both compassionate and effective. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment while helping you develop practical skills to better manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach proven to be highly effective for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. Together, we will identify meaningful goals and build strategies that support lasting growth and positive change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, explore the challenges you are facing, and identify the goals that matter most to you. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, and together we will create a plan focused on the changes that can have the greatest impact on your life.
