Great to meet you!

Greetings

Joy Gamble is a licensed psychotherapist with over 30 years in the field . During that time she has had the privilege of helping many different kinds of people from very diverse backgrounds and with all kinds of challenges.

Currently she is focused on issues related to depression and trauma as well as parent coaching/support and working with older adults.

My approach to therapy

Joy Gamble creates a warm, safe and respectful environment that supports a sense of working together on the clients problems .She knows that people come to therapy to get results and she is focused with her clients on positive outcomes. Joy also welcomes client feedback .

What you can expect from me

In the first session Joy wants to establish a positive relationship and understand what has led to the client seeking help now. She wants to know if there are immediate things they might need help with and she will want them to have an opportunity to ask her questions if they choose to.
