Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you've spent years trying to understand why the same patterns keep showing up in your life. As a therapist and certified yoga instructor, I value the connection between mind, body, and emotions. After receiving my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College, I sought training in EMDR and Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to assist clients in creating lasting change.
