Hi, I’m Joy, and I’m so glad you’re here. As a therapist, my approach is rooted in person-centered care, self-compassion, and is strength-based. I believe you are the expert in your own life and that you can make the positive changes that you wish to make in your life once you recognize and embrace your own strengths and abilities. I believe that my role as a therapist is to walk alongside you, offering support, empathy, and guidance as we navigate the challenges you’re facing together. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
