Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I specialize in working with children (ages 16 and up) and adults of all ages facing a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, PMDD, eating disorder, insomnia, psychosis, addiction and bipolar disorder.

My approach to therapy

My approach begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to better understand your unique experience and needs. From there, I work collaboratively with you to develop an individualized treatment plan grounded in evidence-based care. This may include medication management, lifestyle strategies, and therapeutic support tailored specifically for you.

In our first few sessions, you can expect a safe and welcoming space where your story will be heard without judgment. We will explore your concerns, identify goals, and begin to build a trusting partnership focused on your healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

What sets my practice apart is my deep commitment to quality and compassionate care. I believe in taking the time to truly listen, connect, and support each client on their path toward greater well-being and sound mental health. I am passionate about helping individuals regain balance, improve functioning in daily living and thrive emotionally, mentally, and socially. Give it a try. No need to wait. Reach out today. If i am not the right fit, i can direct you to other resources that may be helpful.
