Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience as a Doctor of Psychology, I am a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor and blend an empathetic approach with deeply rooted clinical expertise into our work together.

My academic journey began at Virginia State University, a proud HBCU, where I earned a Bachelor's of Science in psychology with minors in English and modern dance, followed by a Master of Arts in School Counseling centered in psychology and marriage & family therapy. While my credentials reflect my commitment to the field, my true strength lies in the genuine care and seasoned skill I invest in every individual I serve.

My approach to therapy

Looking to feel more like yourself? Talk to a therapist who gets it.I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. It is a collaborative partnership where you are recognized as the expert in your own life.

Your story is more than just symptoms and you are so much more than the challenges you face today. Through a person centered lens, I focus on your roots, your community, and your dreams to ensure our journey together honors everything that makes you who you are. Let's find your path to wholeness side by side.

What you can expect from me

Therapy for adults and couples which offers a warm, affirming space that honors your story, your culture, and your identity. Together, we’ll move at your pace toward healing, clarity, and a deeper sense of joy.
