Great to meet you!

I believe that prioritizing your mental health is one of the most powerful steps you can take toward building a happier, more grounded life. If you’ve made it this far, congratulations—you’ve already taken one of the hardest and most important steps: reaching out.

With over 10 years of experience as a counselor and specialized training as a prenatal and postpartum doula, I’ve spent the last five years focusing deeply on supporting women through the emotional and mental health challenges of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, identity shifts, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it alone.

I’m here to walk beside you with compassion, clinical expertise, and a deep respect for your unique journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe every mother’s journey is unique and deserves compassionate, personalized care. Using a blend of CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused techniques, and Motivational Interviewing, I support women through the emotional challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. We'll work together as partners—honoring your voice, building on your strengths, and creating space for healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Our work begins with an introductory session where you can share your story and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. From there, we’ll collaborate to clarify your goals and take meaningful steps toward them. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable opening up and being fully yourself. Therapy is your space—and together, we’ll work toward the growth, healing, and stability you deserve.
