Joy Parks

As the founder of A Touch of Joy Mental Wellness Services, my goal is for every client to feel welcomed, respected, and valued. For over 15 years, I have treated clients using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and find it to be very effective. This time has afforded me the opportunity to touch the lives of many adults, children, couples, and families. I am passionate about my work with each client and use my faith to sustain balance and integrity.

I work with individuals, families, and couples using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic approach. Having worked in many different settings including psychiatric hospitals, community health centers, correctional facilities, as well as in home therapy, I feel I am equipped to meet my clients where they are.

My goal is to always create a warm and welcoming environment for my clients. It is my hope that you feel safe enough to share your most intimate vulnerabilities, thus allowing you the space you need to heal.
