Great to meet you!

My ideal client is someone processing grief/ trauma, experiencing marital issues, postpartum depression, or issues related to life transitions as a man or woman. I provide clinical care, with cultural awareness and support. I help clients facing uncertainty figuring out how to improve their relationship with their child, parent, or spouse and develop skills creating healthy boundaries not walls, that do not compromise who you are or your needs. I help my clients process loss, work through feelings of abandonment, attachment, and address unhealthy coping patterns; developing the capacity to thrive in life.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to helping you through life transitions, grief, and trauma. I delve deep into the heart of emotional well-being, challenging negative thoughts and assisting you with unlearning ways that are holding you back. I am committed to providing you with actionable insights and strategies that lead to real, lasting change. As we work together we’ll forge a path that aligns with your authentic self.

What you can expect from me

I support individuals in understanding their patterns, improving their relationships, and building a stronger sense of self. In our work together, you’ll gain insight into both healthy and unhealthy behaviors, explore boundaries that may be holding you back, and learn how attachment styles influence the way you connect with others.

I help clients move from insecurity to security developing healthier, more fulfilling relationships while processing those that have caused harm. Whether the goal is to repair, redefine, or release certain relationships, we approach that work with intention and clarity.

I offer a space where you can show up fully, without judgment, so you can be seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll build your capacity to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience.
