Great to meet you!

I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field and graduated in 2015 with my Master's Degree from Marywood University in Scranton, PA. My primary focus is trauma, family and relationship issues. I also work with people who have diagnosed personality and mood disorders. I enjoy working with teens and adults with a variety of life experiences and difficulties including relationship and self esteem difficulties.

My approach to therapy

I have a very relaxed, non judgmental and solution focused style. I feel the relationship between a therapist and client should be supportive, and my role is to guide, provide insight and tailor solutions to each person's individual situation, personality and strengths.

What you can expect from me

I hope to utilize each person's individual strengths in creating solutions that work to empower them to change the issues most effecting their ability to have happy and healthy lives. We will work on challenging unhealthy behaviors or perceptions which hinder personal happiness and success in client's relationships with others.
