Great to meet you!

If you are functioning on the outside but feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or mentally exhausted on the inside, you are not alone and you do not have to walk this path alone. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing care for adolescents and adults.

My background includes advanced training in nursing, public health, and business, giving me a broad, real world understanding of how mental health intersects with daily life, work, and relationships. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University, a Master of Public Health from Northern Illinois University, and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, and chronic stress related to work, school, caregiving, and life transitions. My focus is not just symptom management, it includes helping you build mental wealth through resilience, clarity, emotional balance, and sustainable well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe that effective mental health care should feel safe, practical, and personalized. My approach is compassionate, holistic, and patient-centered, grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices.

Whether you are a professional pushing through burnout, a student struggling with focus and overwhelm, or someone trying to manage multiple responsibilities at once, I tailor care to your real-life challenges. Together, we will work to understand patterns, reduce emotional overload, and build strategies that fit your day-to-day life.

I meet you where you are without judgment and partner with you in your care. Healing does not have to feel heavy all the time; I also believe in creating space for warmth, connection, and moments of lightness when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a grounded, supportive conversation and not an interrogation. We’ll talk about what has been weighing on you, how it is impacting your life, and what you want to feel differently.

For adolescents, I create a comfortable space that supports openness while keeping caregivers appropriately involved. For adults, we will begin identifying practical ways to reduce overwhelm, improve focus, and restore balance.

Together, we will build a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy, or both. You can expect to leave your first visit feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer direction forward and beginning your journey toward stronger mental health and lasting mental wealth.
