Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults navigating complex trauma (CPTSD), anxiety, and late-diagnosed or self-identified autistic women. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through safety, connection, and nervous system awareness, not pressure or perfection.

I integrate mindfulness-based art therapy and EMDR to support clients in processing trauma in ways that don’t rely solely on talking. Many of my clients come to me after feeling stuck in traditional therapy and are looking for a more embodied, creative, and trauma-informed approach.

I value authenticity, collaboration, and meeting you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and rooted in nervous system wellness. I integrate EMDR, mindfulness-based art therapy, and somatic awareness to help you process trauma safely, regulate your nervous system, and build a more connected relationship with yourself. Rather than focusing only on thoughts, we work with the body, emotions, and creative process to support deeper healing.

Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to your needs. I don’t believe in forcing insight or pushing past your capacity—instead, we focus on building internal safety, self-trust, and sustainable change.

This approach is especially supportive for those navigating CPTSD, anxiety, and neurodivergence, where healing often requires more than traditional talk therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and your experiences, what’s bringing you in, and what you’re hoping for in therapy.

My approach is person-centered, relational, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming, which means I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and not pathologized. You won’t be pushed to share anything before you’re ready.

We’ll move at your pace while beginning to explore your goals, current challenges, and what support might look like for you. I may also introduce gentle tools or ways of working, such as grounding techniques, nervous system awareness, or creative exploration depending on what feels comfortable for you.

Most importantly, the first session is about building a sense of trust and guidance in our work together. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are. I don’t take a directive approach. I trust that whatever you bring into session is meaningful and a valuable place for us to explore together.
