Great to meet you!

Dr. Welcker uses a formal training background in neuropsychology with a focus on brain-based interventions to explore what is underneath common mental health symptoms. Finding the core problems, and assigning interventions that address those problems directly, allow for true symptom resolution over the long-term. Removing neurological roadblocks leaves you free to be your best self and live your best life!

My approach to therapy

Dr. Welcker specializes in Neuroassessment and Infralow Frequency EEG Neurofeedback. Her work is informed by the research and writings of Sigfried and Sue Othmer, Bessel van der Kolk, Dan Seigel, and David Eagleman. Healing at the deeply subconscious level of biorhythmic regulation and brainwave firing patterns is powerful and profound. And it just feels good.

What you can expect from me

My first session is a 90 minute Consultation spent discussing your individual concerns, offering specific intervention strategies, and deciding on a plan forward. The focus will be on holistic healing and functional improvement rather than symptom identification and ensuring medical necessity. Because this approach is not industry-standard, it is not covered by insurance plans. However, it will be money well-spent ... not on deductibles and co-pays year after year, but on effective and long-lasting neurological regulation and symptom resolution this year.
