Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I have a background in adolescent and adult therapy, inpatient therapy, private practice and in the field corrections. I love to be able to work alongside my clients in an authentic way allowing them to know we are all human. Resilience and empathy with a healthy dose of laughter at times is what I bring to my therapy sessions. There can be joy even amid the hard moments in life.

My approach to therapy

I often utilize integrated approach with tools from CBT, SBT, DBT, acceptance-based approaches along with strength -based focuses to empower my clients to achieve their mental health goals.

I love to witness as people are willing to put in the work for their mental health growth and healing process. I will never say it's an easy process, but I will say that you are worth your time. We are here to invest in the relationship with yourself.

What you can expect from me

In your introductory session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I hope to create a space that allows you to feel comfortable sharing in a safe environment. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow treatment to make these goals a reality for you.
