Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and hold a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. My professional journey as a counselor has allowed me to sit with various individuals. My unique experiences have inspired me to create a therapy space that welcomes creativity, cultivates collaboration, and pursues authenticity.

My approach to therapy

Some specialties include trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. In counseling, I take an eclectic approach integrating CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, EMDR, Trauma Informed Care, and Inner Child Work. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. I collaborate with my clients to create insightful, inspired, and lasting impact.

What you can expect from me

Life is hard! We are not created to do it alone. I believe that therapy is a human interaction first. Connection is key. I am committed to meeting my clients where they are and collaborating with them through their therapeutic process. I believe that when we begin to truly accept all parts of ourselves without judgement, we can heal. We are complex beings made up of unique stories and experiences. I am a firm believer that you are the expert on yourself. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to cultivate their own healing.
