Great to meet you!

I'd like to commend you for taking the first step to prioritize your mental health. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I've been practicing therapy for 9 years. I work with children, adolescents, young and older adults navigating through anxiety, depression, grief and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strength based perspectives, and mindfulness based approaches, tailoring each session to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be focused on getting to know each other and start rapport building. As many people struggle with fear of vulnerability and not knowing what to expect in therapy, I strive to create a safe, warm and non judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood and empowered. Whether you are seeking clarity, deeper self awareness or coping strategies, I am here to walk with you in your journey.
