Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate and dedicated clinical social worker who believes that therapy should be a safe space where you can be heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other emotional concerns.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you better understand your experiences, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.

Whether you’re struggling with something that has been weighing on you for years or simply need support navigating a difficult season, you don’t have to go through it alone. I strive to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you can be your authentic self while working toward greater confidence, balance, and emotional well-being.

Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult—but it can also be the beginning of something better. I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.

My approach to therapy

I meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to their individual needs, goals, and life experiences. Together, we identify patterns that may be affecting your well-being, build healthy coping strategies, and develop practical tools to help you navigate challenges and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where they can be open and authentic. I take the time to listen, understand your unique experiences, and work collaboratively with you to identify your goals for therapy.
