Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across their lifespan. My practice specializes in treating a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. I focus on empowering my clients to achieve emotional balance and an improved quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I have a deep understanding of the challenges that can make it difficult to seek help. My personal approach is to work collaboratively with you, combining psychotherapy and medication management to support your healing, resilience, and personal growth. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel empowered to take an active role in your wellness journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming space where you can share your story at your own pace. We will discuss your concerns, goals, and history so I can begin to understand your unique needs. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and hopeful about the path forward.
