Great to meet you!

You've built the career✔️

You've shown up for your family✔️

You've handled all the responsibilities, solved the problems, and kept moving forward even when things got heavy✔️

From the outside, it looks like you have it all together but on the inside lately, things feel 'off.' You feel stuck. Maybe your relationship isn't where you want it to be. Or maybe anxiety has become YOUR new best friend.

You may be navigating a divorce/breakup, a career change, or simply wondering how you got so far from the person you used to be. The one thing you have the most clarity on is that you've spent years taking care of everyone else, so you know you're capable and resilient. But you also know, you don't want to keep living like 'this.'

I help high-achieving adults navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, and life transitions so they can reconnect with who they are, communicate more effectively, and move forward in life with more confidence.

My approach to therapy

One of my strengths is helping clients make sense of what feels confusing or overwhelming. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but internally feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves. I help them slow things down, identify unhelpful patterns across relationships and life experiences, and get clear on what’s actually driving their stress or dissatisfaction.

My approach is both supportive and practical. I don’t just focus on insight; I also help clients translate that insight into real change in how they communicate, set boundaries, and navigate relationships and life transitions.

What often stands out about my work is that clients often tell me they feel both understood and challenged. We work together to move from self-doubt and overthinking toward greater clarity, confidence, and alignment with who they are becoming.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, what you've already tried, and what meaningful progress would look like for you. Together we'll identify the unhelpful patterns, stressors, and challenges contributing to your current situation and create clear goals for our work together. My clients often leave the first session feeling understood, relieved, and more hopeful about the path ahead.
