My name is Joyce Ozemoya, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been active in providing mental health services for over 10 years. I have had the pleasure of working with clients in providing individual and group therapy in a variety of settings. My expertise areas are as follows: adults coping with depression, stress, grief, difficulty adjusting to change, anxiety, Adhd, and low self-esteem. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, exercising and traveling.

I work from a systematic, collaborative and strength-based approach that is mindful of cultural diversity, ethnic and economic concerns. I use evidenced-based strategies that help facilitate emotional and mental wellness using cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief therapy, and motivational interviewing.
