Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be your authentic self. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted without judgment. I strive to be warm, affirming, and approachable, while bringing curiosity, compassion, and even a little humor into our work together.

I see therapy as a partnership—we'll work collaboratively to understand what's bringing you in, recognize your strengths, and build practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges. I value the whole person and recognize that your experiences, relationships, culture, identity, values, and environment all play an important role in your well-being.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for personal growth, I'm honored to walk alongside you as you build resilience, confidence, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, holistic, and solution-focused. I believe every person already possesses strengths and resilience, and together we'll build on those while exploring the patterns, experiences, and challenges that may be preventing you from living the life you want.

I tailor therapy to your unique needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on your goals, I incorporate evidence-based interventions while focusing on practical strategies you can use in your everyday life. At the same time, I believe meaningful change comes from understanding the bigger picture—your emotions, relationships, physical health, identity, culture, and life experiences.

Above all, I want therapy to feel like a collaborative conversation where you feel empowered to ask questions, reflect openly, challenge old patterns, celebrate progress, and move toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, supported, and heard—not putting you on the spot or expecting you to share everything all at once.

We'll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, what challenges you're currently facing, what's important to you, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll ask questions to better understand your story while also making space for you to ask me questions about the therapy process.

By the end of our session, we'll begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you. I hope you'll leave feeling understood, supported, and hopeful that you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
