I have my masters in clinical social work from Saint Louis University and have been a private practice therapist for over 12 years, specializing in anxiety, trauma, stress, fears, life transitions, spirituality, and religious abuse.
I enjoy helping people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, and stressed by life. People who want to be free from beliefs and life patterns that are holding them back from being their authentic selves and living the life they truly desire. We all experience various traumas and emotional pain, and sometimes need an outside voice to help us process and heal, which is what I can provide for you.
I provide individualized therapy based on what you need, and I don’t just give you coping skills or promote medications. I take a holistic approach to help you find healing and wholeness in your spirit, soul, and body, as everything is interconnected.
