Great to meet you!

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating. It takes courage to be vulnerable, trust someone new, and talk about things that may be difficult to put into words. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel genuinely heard and understood. I believe therapy is a partnership. I’ll meet you where you are, walk alongside you, and help you move toward the life and relationships you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so we’ll focus on your individual experiences, needs, and goals.

Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We may work on managing anxiety and stress, navigating depression, processing past trauma, improving communication, establishing healthier boundaries, rebuilding trust, or developing stronger and more fulfilling relationships. I want therapy to give you not only a better understanding of yourself, but also practical tools you can use outside of our sessions to create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know one another. I want to understand what brought you to therapy, what life has been like for you, and what you would like to be different. We’ll talk about what you’re struggling with, but we’ll also talk about your strengths, your relationships, and what matters most to you.

There’s no pressure to tell me everything in the first session. Trust takes time, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You can ask questions, share your concerns, and get a feel for whether I’m the right therapist for you.

Most importantly, I want you to leave that first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful that things can get better. Making the appointment is often the hardest step. Once you’ve taken it, you don’t have to figure out the rest alone.
