Hi! My name is Joycelyn. First, I would like to congratulate you on taking this step toward your journey to a better you! I know that It is not easy to make those first steps , just know that you are in the right place.

From an acceptance and commitment and solutions focus, I specialize in concerns, including stress, life transitions, career, and relationships. Please feel free to schedule an appointment for assistance navigating resources, learning about coping skills, or engaging in therapy.

My approach to therapy

I like much a positive and holistic approach to therapy. I think that it's important to find balance in your life starting with self-esteem and healthy self. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. We will look at where your thoughts are and then you will learn how to commit forward to change your feelings for the better while also working toward solutions.

What you can expect from me

Rapport building initially and I want to hear your story! Trust building is important and we will go at your pace.
