Great to meet you!

Hello! I am glad that you have taken this courageous step to seek help with your concern(s). Here is a bit about me.

I am a licensed therapist with PhD level training in psychology and over 20 years experience with children, teens and adults with a range of concerns, e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, ADHD, parenting/parent-child bonding problems.

Past clients described me as: "genuinely caring, compassionate, easy to talk to, easy to open up to, very knowledgeable and professional."

My approach to therapy

As we work together my whole-person approach to therapy will identify and address mind (thoughts, attitudes); body(medical, diet, nutrition); lifestyle( habits, behaviors); and social and spiritual issues that contribute to your main problem(s).

What you can expect from me

I provide a caring, safe environment that supports you in:

-Gaining insight into hidden negative beliefs, and behaviors related to your problem.

-Increasing a positive, truthful mindset that supports your goal for healing, growth, and improvement in your life.

-Managing clinical symptoms through positive coping skills

I use only evidence-base approaches, for example: changing thoughts and behaviors, trauma informed care, parent-child interaction, play therapy, MD collaboration, bibliotherapy.
