Great to meet you!

I take a personal, relatable approach to working with all of my clients. I sincerely care about helping my clients gain clarity and insight while progressing towards developing the skills necessary to independently problem solve in the future.

My approach to therapy

I am a Certified Trauma Specialist, specializing in guiding clients towards healing from symptoms of PTSD and PTS, I am trained and certified in several trauma treatments: Accelerated Resolution Therapy, EMDR and RTM (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories). My experience has taught me that working with clients to heal from trauma first opens up the opportunity to work through any other issues that arise.
