I have a Master of Education in Counseling, and a Master of Arts in Public Administration. I am a DWI Education Instructor/Admin.
I incorporate a variety of approaches and apply them when appropriate in order to provide the guidance needed. My primary approach is Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. Generally, my goal is creating self-awareness, identifying thinking errors, false beliefs and self-defeating patterns of behavior through these psycho analytic and dynamic approaches.
Person centered and unconditional positive regard is the main vehicle to knowing, understanding and assessing a patient. And, in turn, for me to provide guidance as being the main source and reason for how you feel and what you can do to feel better about yourself and others.
