Great to meet you!

Like many people, as of late, you might be reevaluating life. If you came across this page, you're probably looking for an experienced, trained professional to help you process your thoughts and feelings. Now more than ever, people are seeking therapy. You're not alone, but you are a unique individual. Your life experiences, cultures, sexuality, and gender identity are just a few of the components that intersect to make you, well, you. I can not accept high-risk clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a bilingual Latinx POC clinician with extensive education, training, and clinical experience in psychotherapy and social work. My practice is grounded in various clinical perspectives, encompassing cultural humility, intersectionality, and psychodynamic theories. Additionally, I incorporate well-established treatment interventions like CBT and EMDR into my therapeutic approach.

What you can expect from our first session

Together, we can explore how these intersecting identities, interpersonal experiences, and cognitive-behavioral patterns create your experience and life. I'm hopeful I've provided a feel for who I am and how I work. I look forward to speaking with you and discussing the next steps.
