***Exciting Update – In-Person Sessions Now Available!***

I’m excited to share that beginning December 1, 2025, I’ll be offering both remote and in-person sessions! For those located in or around Philadelphia, you’re now welcome to visit my new office at:

The Hale Building

100 South Juniper St, Room 505J

Philadelphia, PA 19107

All billing and communication will continue through this same platform, and you’re absolutely welcome to continue meeting remotely if that’s your preference.

All of my regular session times are now eligible to be held in person, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you each week.

In addition, I’ll be introducing Saturday evening appointments at 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM, and 7 PM, available exclusively for in-person sessions at the Philadelphia office. These time slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning whoever requests them first will receive priority scheduling. To request one of these times, please message me directly, and I’ll manually add your appointment.

Please note that The Hale Building has strict security measures. Clients attending weekend sessions will need to call me at (856) 544-2083 upon arrival in order to be let into the building.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to help.

Warmly,

Juan Flores, LCSW, LCADC

My approach to therapy

Juan's therapy style is direct and interactive. His approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectal behavioral therapy, humanistic, psychodynamic and EMDR. He will tailor your dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, Juan conducts a thorough clinical evaluation to gain a clear understanding of your needs and what will help you achieve success in therapy. He will share whether he feels he is the right fit for you and, if not, provide a referral to someone who may be better suited. If continuing together makes sense, Juan will collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan so you know exactly what to expect moving forward. His ultimate goal is to help clients build the skills they need to effectively manage challenges on their own and eventually graduate from therapy with lasting confidence and independence
