With a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and over 6 years serving the Worcester community, I’m a licensed LMHC who brings warmth, curiosity, and a good sense of humor into the therapy room. I work with youth and families using a mix of modalities, and brief solution-focused approaches, and I’m especially committed to creating an open-minded, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals and diverse communities.
As a licensed LMHC, I specialize in CBT, Expressive Arts, Play Therapy, and Brief Solution-Focused approaches to support youth and families through life’s challenges. My style is collaborative and down-to-earth—I believe real change happens when clients feel safe being themselves while we build on their strengths together (and maybe laugh a little along the way).
