Great to meet you!

English/Spanish services available. My clients may be having difficulties with personal relationships, depression, anxiety, stresses of life, or workplace and or trauma. Psychotherapy is about helping people work through struggles and find balance in life. Christian, spiritual psychotherapy is available for clients who prefer a faith focus approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy has evolved as I continue to grow as a professional. I like to tailor modalities based on what I see my clients progress and what they respond to best. I believe in honoring time and resources and therefore, I ensure I use methods that help my clients make progress as they do the work.

What you can expect from me

My clients will get out of therapy what they put in. I will be there to be fully present and invested in their grow. I will support them and guide them to get comfortable with the uncomfortable, answer questions they avoid, and coach them through the heavy lifting that they must do to make the most growth.
