Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed CP with experience supporting clients through Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationship issues, and stress management. My clients often describe me as warm, collaborative, and direct — I create a nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are and explore what you want to change. I work with adults and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and the everyday weight of stress, conflicts, memories, worry, and uncertainty.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to your goals. I draw primarily from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Strategic Family Therapy, and Humanistic, and I adjust the work based on what helps you most — whether that's practical skill-building, processing past experiences, or examining patterns in your relationships. In our first few sessions, you can expect us to slow down and get clear on what brought you in, what you want to be different, and how we'll know you're making progress. I bring curiosity, humor when it's helpful, and a deep respect for the work it takes to support your own healing. Making changes can be hard, but growth is well worth it!

What you can expect from me

You will leave our work with a clearer sense of yourself, practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, and anger, and a stronger ability to show up for the relationships and goals that matter most to you. Therapy with me is collaborative — I'll bring evidence-based skills and a willingness to challenge you, and you'll bring the lived expertise of your own life. Together we'll build something durable: not a quick fix, but a foundation you can return to.
